Sited in Brunswick, we collaborated with designer Donald Gallagher to create an extension for this single family home. Previously closed off, the structure was opened northward to strengthen the connection between the living and garden areas.

A surface coating was applied to the existing concrete slab, allowing it to be preserved. While a number of custom elements – including custom bench seating by Woodbeast and large-scale timber sliding doors – were designed to create seamless interaction with the garden and inject light into the back half of the home.
